What is a Manufacturing and Engineering Apprenticeship?

This is a fantastic way for you to ’earn while you learn’ in a job, whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification – the Engineering Operative Standard.

What does an Apprenticeship give me?

An apprenticeship with Hospital Metalcraft provides an EAL Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations (Skills and Knowledge) Level 2. It also provides the chance of progression to a higher-level apprenticeship qualification and on completion of your Apprenticeship, an opportunity for a long term, permanent career within the company.

What are the entry requirements?

English & Maths GCSEs are important, however more than good grades, we are looking for candidates who are committed, motivated, enthusiastic & dependable.
