At Bristol Maid™ we have a comprehensive customer service team who are able to assist with your enquiry. You can order products in writing, either by fax, email or post; unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders over the phone.

Orders should be submitted as an ‘official purchase order’ from your procurement department or on company headed paper; alternatively, you can download an order form here.

• Your order should contain the following information…
• Invoice address
• Delivery address
• Full contact details (name, phone number, and fax number)
• Item codes to be ordered along with descriptions and price
• Please provide any quotation numbers that we may have provided. This will ensure that any agreed discounts are applied.

 

Payments can be made by bank transfer, or credit/debit card (with exception of American Express).
